In this part of the course, we explore the powerful connection between your brain and body. You’ll discover how to use your thoughts to activate neuroplasticity, allowing you to reshape the structure of your brain on both a conscious and subconscious level.
Understanding how the subconscious mind works and how to rewire it is a crucial step toward positive life change. In this section, we’ll also explore how emotions and beliefs—whether positive or negative—can attract events, experiences, and relationships that resonate with your internal energy. Anxious attachment is one of the three insecure attachment styles, rooted in deep abandonment and rejection wounds. It’s a pre-programmed system that affects how you connect with others. In this section, you'll learn how to rewire this attachment style through an exercise that targets key areas beliefs, behaviors, emotions, needs, communication, and boundaries. This will empower you to nurture yourself and create healthier, more secure relationships moving forward.
Fearful avoidant is the second insecure attachment style, characterized by a deep craving for connection, yet pushing relationships away. This course is for anyone ready to heal and create a new version of themselves. It's designed for those who are ready to release anxiety, stress, insecurities, trauma, and toxic patterns, while building self-esteem, confidence, and healing their attachment style.
This course is not suitable for individuals who are currently experiencing severe delusions, paranoia, hallucinations, epilepsy, psychotic disorders, or alcoholism. It is also not recommended for anyone dealing with suicidal ideation.
You’ll start noticing the effects within the first week! For the full results this course is designed to deliver, it's important to progress at a steady pace and fully engage with the teachings, audios, and homework. The more effort you put in, the more you’ll get out of it!
This is the domain of your subconscious mind. Entering the theta brainwave state allows you to access the part of your brain where beliefs, memories, and perceptions are stored, so you can begin to rewire and re-condition them. This is often referred to as "hypnosis" in clinical settings, but it’s important to note that hypnosis is not a mystical or supernatural practice where you lose control over your consciousness or intentions. It’s simply a specific brainwave state. With that said, intentionally entering the theta brainwave state can be a powerful therapeutic tool to help you relax, access your subconscious, and eliminate harmful beliefs, emotions, experiences, and perceptions.
This is a 15-25 minute recording that you will create and listen to every morning. This recording is key to rewiring your subconscious mind and healing your attachment style.
