These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the digital product ("Simply Thriving") provided by Deidra Hebron Therapy.


By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Product.

Course Description and Objectives

The mental health course Simply Thriving offered by Deidra Hebron Therapy aims to provide participants with tools and information that's necessery to help them grow a healthy and thriving relationship with themselves. By enrolling in this Course, participants acknowledge their understanding of the Course content and objectives.

Payments

Payment for the course is due upon registration and can be made via credit or debit.


Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after the course has been bought.

Student Conduct

Participants are expected to engage in respectful and constructive dialogue with instructors and fellow participants.


Discriminatory language or behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the Course.


Deidra Hebron Therapy does not promise any results as each individuals success depends greatly on their own ability and desire to affect change, their full participation in the course and implementing the recommendations of Simply Thriving including listening to the personalized audio recording for at least 21 days.

Simply Thriving teaches participants how to intentionally use theta brain wave (hypnosis) in order to facilitate their healing process, and by purchasing Simply Thriving each participant gives Deidra Hebron Therapy permission to teach them how to make customized audio recordings for their benefit.

Confidentiality

Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of information shared by others in the Course. Personal stories and information shared within the Course should not be disclosed outside the Course environment without explicit consent.

Intellectual Property

All Course materials, including but not limited to it's content, design, logos, trademarks, handouts, slides, recordings, and any associated materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Deidra Hebron Therapy. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Product. Participants may use the Course materials for personal use and learning purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Deidra Hebron Therapy shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Course or the use of its materials. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product, your violation of any term of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Restriction Clause

Participants must confirm that they do not currently experience and have not experienced in the past severe delusions, paranoia, hallucinations, epilepsy or been diagnosed with a psychotic disorder. By enrolling in this course, participants warrant that they are mentally stable and capable of participating in the course content without posing a risk to themselves or others.


Participants must also confirm that they are not currently experiencing suicidal thoughts or tendencies that could impair their ability to engage safely in Simply Thriving. By enrolling in this course, participants warrant that they are not at risk of harming themselves due to any mental health condition.


This course is not suitable for individuals currently experiencing alcoholism. Participants affirm that they are not currently dependent on drugs or alcohol, as addiction may impair their ability to fully engage in and benefit from the course content.


If a participant is found to have misrepresented their mental health status or if concerns arise during the course, Deidra Hebron Therapy reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include removal from the course.


Participants acknowledge that Deidra Hebron is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner and the information, techniques, methods, and recommendations by Deidra Hebron are not intended as a substitute for diagnosis and care by a qualified physician. All participants understand that regardless of positive outcomes experienced as a result of Simply Thriving, they will not make any adjustments to any prescribed medication without the consultation and approval of their doctor.

Confidentiality and Duty to Report Harm Clause

Confidentiality is a fundamental aspect of Simply Thriving. However, participants acknowledge and agree that confidentiality may be breached if:


They disclose information indicating that they, an elderly person, or a child is at risk of harm, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or psychological harm. Such disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to themselves or others.


In such cases, Deidra Hebron Therapy reserves the right to report the information to appropriate authorities or take other actions deemed necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of those at risk.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms and conditions or Simply Thriving shall be brought exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.


Participants understand that Simply Thriving is created by Deidra Hebron Therapy and is sold to you through the province of British Columbia. The courts of British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any complaint, demand, claim, proceeding or cause of action, whatsoever arising from or in connection with Simply Thriving, or from any aspect of the relationship between Deidra Hebron and the participant. The resolution of any and all disputes arising from or in connection with the course or the relationship with Deidra Hebron, including any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement, shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia.


Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your right to use the Product at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product.

Amendments:

Deidra Hebron Therapy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Course after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Deidra Hebron Therapy regarding the use of the Product and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.


Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes to the terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.
