By intentionally using hypnosis (theta brain wave), we can support your overall well-being and healing without leaving you vulnerable to negative influences.
No! You remain fully conscious throughout the process, and I cannot make you do or say anything against your will. You have complete control and can come out of the theta brain wave state at any time you choose.
I practice a specialized form of hypnotherapy called Rapid Transformational Therapy, where you can achieve the results you're seeking in as little as 3 sessions, provided you commit to and prioritize the homework.
It's important to understand that the brainwave used in hypnotherapy is very different from what stage hypnotists use for entertainment. In hypnotherapy, many people don't experience a 'trance' feeling, but that doesn't mean it's not effective or that you're not receptive to the process.
Theta brain wave is the domain of your subconscious mind, where your brain absorbs and processes information quickly. To create lasting change, we must access this state, allowing you to intentionally reshape the areas of your brain that store your wounds and long-held beliefs.
Hypnotherapy is a direct, short-term approach that produces almost instant results, while counseling is a more talk-based, long-term therapy where results take time. Hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious mind, whereas counselling primarily focuses on the conscious mind (although I do tailor some sessions to address the unconscious mind as well).
The session will begin by guiding you into the theta state, followed by regression to uncover the root causes and experiences that led to the issues you're facing. From there, we’ll use techniques to release the limiting perceptions tied to those events, and you'll listen to a theta brain rewiring audio designed to heal wounds, shift harmful beliefs, and release negative emotions (fully re-wiring your subconscious mind).
As mentioned earlier, we naturally enter into a 'hypnotic' state many times a day which is simply a specific brain wave. Both you and I were created to experience this state so our neurons could fire and wire together at a rapid pace. It's not necessary to fully understand how it works or even believe in it for it to be effective, because it's simply how our brains were designed to function!
