Not only do your relationships suffer, but you also suffer in the relationship with yourself. Constantly looking in the mirror and asking yourself 'what’s wrong with me? will I ever be normal?' and it's a pain that feels all-consuming. It can feel like you're stuck in a never-ending cycle of self-doubt, fear, and uncertainty.

But here’s the truth: You are
not broken, and you are not doomed. What you’re feeling is valid, and it’s a sign that you’ve experienced deep pain that needs healing. The good news is, healing is possible. You can rebuild the relationship you have with yourself, heal from the wounds of the past, cultivate healthy/trusting relationships, and create the version of yourself you truly want to be.
